Didn’t I just do a 4 month post? I know I was late doing it, but surely my little man isn’t already 5 months old. Wow! He is such a joy. He has so much energy and is already trying to crawl. Ethan rolls all over the place, and if he really wants something he army crawls to get where he wants. He gets up on his knees and elbows and rocks back and forth trying to get places. He loves his sisters and lights up every time he sees them. We are so thankful for our sweet, healthy little boy.

I thought I would try Ethan on rice cereal, but he didn’t seem to interested. He was awful cute though, and I had to take some pictures. I haven’t tried cereal again, but I sure he will be wanting some soon.

Last Saturday we took a van full of people to Hanging Lake for a hike. It is a 3 hour drive and we left church at 5:30 in the morning. We got all the way up there only to find that the trail head was closed for maintenance. We were all disappointed, but found another trail and ended up having a great time together.

Well, Ethan will be 5 months old in just over 10 days and I’m just getting his 4 month old pictures up. Better late than never! He had his check-up on Friday and he is a healthy little man. He weighed in at 14 lbs. 9.5 oz. and is 26 inches long. He looks more like he’s 6 months rather than 4 months. He loves being on the floor and is rolling everywhere. Yesterday I saw him army crawl to reach something he really wanted. He is also showing interest in food. Oh my! Before I know it he will be a teenage boy eating me out of house and home.
