Dress-Up
As I have said before, Naomi loves to dress-up. Whether it is to dress-up in her princess things, or just to put on her winter hat and gloves. The other day I found a clown suit in a box that Aunt Amy wanted to borrow for “clown day” at school. I put it in a bag by the door so that we would remember to bring it to Amy. Naomi found the outfit and said “what’s this?, what’s this?” Of course she wanted to put it on. We kept telling her it was too big, but she insisted. She looked so cute in the yards of fabric.
Two weeks ago we got a little bit of snow. When Naomi finished breakfast she looked out the window and saw the snow. She said “Snow! I put hat, mittens, scarf, boots, and coat on.” Any excuse to get dressed-up! She went upstairs, got herself dressed, and then came down and wanted all her winter things on. This was at 8:30 in the morning, and it was only in the 20′s. Then she asked to go outside. So, I opened the back door and out she went. She just stood on the back patio, and about 10 minutes later wanted to come back in. She thought because there was snow on the ground that she needed to wear her hat, scarf, and boots for the rest of the day.

I love that clown picture! I love how her little feet stick out!
