Just because I think my kids are cute and it has been August since I last posted. =)

Can you all believe it has been a year already? Our little man turned one year old yesterday, and we celebrated his birthday today. Aunt Amy, Miss Justine, and Uncle Jay were able to join us, and the grandparents joined us over skype. Ethan loved his balloons, and once he got one he was interested in nothing else. It was hard to get him to eat dinner, and open his presents, so his sisters and his mom helped him out. When it was time for his cupcake, he had no problem digging in right away.

Thank you Lord for giving us our little boy. We are blessed!

In an attempt to make sure our little man still looks like a boy I gave him his first haircut after his bath today. I didn’t want to cut too much off and make any mistakes, so I just did a little at a time. It looks so much better.

Well, it is that time again, our little man is 11 months old. Just a few days before he turned 11 months he started to walk, and is having a grand time using his little legs. We have had some beautiful weather and Ethan has discovered how much fun it is to be outside. Click here to see the video of Ethan walking. You will have to wait a bit for it to load.

But I don’t want to give him one yet. So, we tuck these little curls behind his ear. This is what he looked like after his nap.
