After the wedding we came home and the girls took a nap from 3 to 6. They were worn out! After dinner we got together with some friends to watch the fireworks. It was so much fun. Naomi was covering her ears and snuggling with daddy for a while, but then she really got into them. Esther clung to me the whole time, and didn’t even want to look at the fireworks. After the fireworks we did a fire at our house and roasted marshmallows.

Naomi was a flower girl in a friends wedding on Saturday. She looked so pretty and enjoys getting dressed up. Naomi did a great job, and we were so proud of her.

This was Naomi’s first year in Vacation Bible School. She seemed to do well and really liked it. On Friday there was a fair with candy, games, prizes, and snow cones. My girls were all sugared up by the end of the day.

We got a little plastic pool for the girls to swim in. They are having fun going down the slide into the water.
