Tuesday morning, Uncle Justin was playing the piano.  Naomi enjoys it whenever we play the piano.  She started to sing along.  Although it’s hard, you can occasionally hear her singing as Justin plays the piano.

Poor Naomi has had quite the morning. We went for a walk to the park and Naomi wanted to swing. She was swinging for a long time, and started to looked dazed. Then she started to cry and her mouth filled with drool. I thought, “Oh! No! She is going to be sick.” So, I took her to the side of the playground, and sure enough she got sick. Too much swinging and looking at the ground. After settling down from that, Naomi was very brave and climbed all over the play area. I was pushing Esther in the stroller, and I heard a bang. Naomi had fallen! I ran over and scooped her up. I think I was a scared as she was. There were lots of tears and cuddles, but she wasn’t banged up too badly. A scrape on her ankle and on the side of her face. Well, then it was time to leave the park, another traumatic event, but we made it home without any mishaps. Esther went down for a nap, and Naomi and I had a great time together. Then Esther got up and Naomi didn’t want to share one of her toys. The dam broke wide open and the tears flowed freely. It took a long time to recover from that one. Lunch was next and Naomi fell asleep eating her P&J. She was worn out!

We have had a busy last couple of days. On Wednesday we went with some friends to the House of Bounce and let the kids bounce for almost 2 hours. They had a great time. Naomi has been asking to bounce since the 4th of July when she got to bounce at the picnic. 

On Thursday we went to a park down town Denver. It is a beautiful park. They have a great play place for the kids. Esther loved the swings. She was giggling at me when I was pushing her. Naomi was a little tired, but had fun with her friends.

Naomi is such a little mom. She likes to help me put laundry in the washing machine. She does such a good job and really is a help to me.

The other day Naomi was in her room for some quiet time. She was very quiet and I was wondering what was going on. When I walked in her room, I found her in her baby doll’s pack-n-play singing to her stuffed animals. Why? Who knows? It sure was cute.

I finally got around to getting Naomi’s two year old pictures done. I had them scheduled last month, but Naomi had a rash on her face and I had to cancel. Click here if you want to see a slide show of the pictures.
