I finally got around to getting Naomi’s two year old pictures done. I had them scheduled last month, but Naomi had a rash on her face and I had to cancel. Click here if you want to see a slide show of the pictures.

Naomi got her first haircut last week. She did such a great job. We went to a special kids salon called LolliLocks. What fun! They only cut off about 1 1/2 inches to straighten out the ends. Then they styled it for her. She looks so cute.

Bath time is hard to beat!

A year ago today we started up our blog. Yesterday, I was looking through some older posts, and going down memory lane. What a great year the Lord has given us. I have had fun posting pictures, news about the girls, prayer requests, blessings, and answered prayer. I also enjoy the many comments that we have received. I’m having fun in the blogging world, and it’s great visiting your blogs as well. It helps bridge the miles between us. So, back to my question. Who’s been reading? If you are reading this post, and have visited our blog over this last year, I would love to hear from you. Don’t be bashful! Like I said, we love getting comments.

The girls have been enjoying their little pool. Esther loves to splash. Her face gets all wet and she just keeps splashing. Naomi likes to get in and out of the pool. She takes her bucket and fills it with water and then likes to dump it down her slide.

On Sunday night we had a picnic at the park with some friends. It is a really neat park with many things to do. Naomi had a lot of fun, as did some of us big kids. =)

This morning I took the girls for a walk, and put fliers on our neighbors doors inviting them to Vacation Bible School. It was a long hot walk. We have stayed inside the rest of the day. With no shade in the back, it is just too hot to be out. The girls have been good. Esther is trying to crawl. She has little rug rash on her knees and elbows, but can scoot around pretty good on the hard floor. Noami has been a good sharing sister.
